Terms and Conditions

Thank you for booking with Greenbank Farm B&B. We look forward to welcoming you. When making this booking you are entering into a contractual agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions below.

Prices:The price includes accommodation plus any board indicated. A deposit of 25% of the cost (minimum £25) may be required where the arrival date is more than 30 days after the booking date with the balance payable on or before your departure date. Otherwise, full payment is required on or before your departure date. We accept the following forms of payment:

Bank Transfer, Cash and Debit/Credit cards are accepted in person on our premises.

Pets:We do accept dogs but please be aware that we have a guard dog as well as other animals on the farm.

Cancellation:Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract and any deposit you may have paid is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 2 days of your arrival date. If you need to cancel please contact us immediately. For cancellations made up to 3 days before your arrival date any deposit you may have paid will be returned less a £15.00 administration fee.

Non-availability:We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however, if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

Arrival:Your accommodation is available to you from 16.00h on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 21.00h as our security gates are normally locked at 22:30h and opened at 07:00h.

Departure:Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 10.30am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged.

Damages and Breakages:Please take care with our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we will charge for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.

Faults &complaints:Any faults or complaints must be reported to us at the time of occurrence. Our B&B equipment and property is regularly maintained and any major failure of equipment, property or utilities will be rectified as quickly as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused.

Liability:We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

Data:We aim to be completely PCI compliant and GDPR ready in time for the changing laws in 2018. Your data will be held by third parties in the booking process who are already compliant.
